Please restore functions present in version 2.39

Please restore the option to enable or disable selection dialog in the follwing function which were present in version 2.39

convert -> Tag

convert -> file name

and for Actions as well

also is there away to disable the nag screen advising a new version is available. I prefer 2.39 as it automatically converts my files without begging for a conformation each time.

If there's only one button, download 2.39 again from the main site (it's updated) and install it.
