Podcast Album Appears Twice in iTunes

MP3Tag version 2.55a
iTunes version 11.0.2.26
Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1

I have two mp3 files with the following tags:

Album (TALB): My Podcast Album
Title (TIT2): Title 1
PCST: 1
PODCASTID: 1
PODCASTIDURL: www.mysite.com

Album (TALB): My Podcast Album
Title (TIT2): Title 2
PCST: 1
PODCASTID: 2
PODCASTIDURL: www.mysite.com

In iTunes, I do the following:
Add mp3 files.
Look at the podcasts.

"My Podcast Album" appears twice.
One "My Podcast Album" with both titles.
A second "My Podcast Album" with no titles.

Why does a second empty "My Podcast Album" appear?

Which program shows this empty album? iTunes? Then I would say that it is an iTunes problem.

Anyway: what happens if you drag that file into MP3tag? What does Mp3tag display?

iTunes shows the empty album.

For some unknown reason, if you add the Date tag, the empty album goes away.
