Properly tag files with Apostrophe

windows 10 22h2 + mp3tag 3.21

while tagging songs from tag to filename, whever a song name has an Apostrophe mp3tag adds a /

so for example Belmont's Reckoning becomes Belmont/'s Reckoning

and if that is not enough, whenever this happens mp3tag also creates a new subfolder and moves this song into that folder
this problem is going on for a long time now (at least a year), i just kept forgetting to ask about it

I cannot reproduce it.

I get the apostrophe as character without anything added.
So, how do you rename the file?
