I am finding this program a little confusing...is there a way that I can write a command that will always name my ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags like this:
Title: "Title"
Artist: ARTIST
Album: Album Name
Year: ####
Genre:
Comment:
And also to write my mp3 file names like this:

Anyone, please? Is it actually impossible? I have been trying to find a program for a long time now that can actually add the quotation marks to the song titles and this program looks like it is able to do it but I just can't figure out the code and all the features! Cheers.
