Rearrange / Moving Tracks Up or Down

I want to use MP3Tag to create a playlist but it doesn't allow me to drag the tracks up or down. Is there a setting to turn on that I'm missing?

Press the Alt key while dragging the files in the file list.

Wow, I'm doing back flips... This will allow me to create playlists faster and drag them into Serato. tee hee
