records not moving downwards/upwards

when i opened a file in mp3tag v 272, i am not able to scroll upwards or downwards. instead it moves towards right and left. pls help

I think that this is normal windows behaviour:
If you have not loaded that many files that you get a vertical scroll bar but you have that many columns that you have a horizontal scroll bar then the navigation keys effect the horizontal scroll bar. Same applies to the mouse wheel.

thanks for the suggestion. your assumption is perfect. when i loaded a folder of 115 songs it behaves properly.
