Release Date info not showing in ipad or ipod?

That is a first step: so iTunes has got the updated information, good.
As I do not know when, where, how and why an iPod updates its internal database I recommend to go back to square one and remove the entry for the updated track from the synchronization list for the iPod. The next synchronization run should remove all entries for that track from the iPod's database.
Then you can include that track again and the iPod would have to reread the information ... And I hope it then shows what you want.

can you show me with photos on how to do this? or instructions on how to do this like 1. this 2. that

can you show me where you have problems in understanding my instructions?
secondly, I get the impression that this becomes a handling problem of iTunes and iPods. Which IMHP is not an MP3TAG problem. So I would rather that you consulted the appropriate Apple forums.
If you get information there that suggests that you modify tags and you do not know how to do that then MP3tag could be of help and you naturally can ask your questions concerning MP3tag.

"I recommend to go back to square one and remove the entry for the updated track from the synchronization list for the iPod. The next synchronization run should remove all entries for that track from the iPod's database.

Do You Mean Delete The Track off of Itunes then put it back on itunes and when you mean Synchronization List What Do You Mean By That Delete the track off of the ipod then put it back on

I think you said that iTunes already shows the right data. So we can leave iTunes alone.
Still, your iPod does not behave in the way you want it. So we have to do something there.
The obvious way would be to start a new synchronization.
I hardly know anything about the criteria when iTunes considers a file as modified and whether iTunes only synchronizes files it thinks have changed.
So, if the file on your iPod does appear to have been updated, you have to force iTunes to do it.
I assume that your library is bigger than to fit onto the iPod completely, so I also assume that you have an playlist or something setup as list for synchronization.
If you have not, then simply create one with just one track (a random one) an synchronize your iPod with this list.
This would lead to an almost empty iPod.
Then go back to your old list or your old way of synchronization and synchronize. This should then fill the iPod in the way before but as the iPod would have to reread all data, it should also reread the modified tags and, therefore, show the updated data.
Perhaps you find a more elegant way, perhaps simple synchronization without all the deleting and shuffling about will do. Try it.

i created a playlist to sync on the ipod to see if that would try to work it did not go through i thought if i create a playlist with the file that it will force itunes and ipod to sync the right data on there nope

Now it gets very tricky to judge from the distance where the problem could be.
If you have followed the instructions from the thread (and the linked ones) it should work. As it does not ... you have to do a little troubleshooting yourself. I am at my wit's end.

thanks man i hope you are not mad at me because i am trying to figure it out

It sounds that your settings in iTunes for the iPod are set to manually Sync, or to only sync checked songs or playlist.
