Hi there, I'm fairly new to the world of advanced mp3 tagging, but ever since I ditched my iPod and started using proper mp3 files and flac files for archival, I've been trying to tag all of my files correctly.
However now, I've finished tagging all my files and will not be editing them again, so I was wondering if mp3tag has the ability to remove any excess padding from the tags, whether id3 tags or flac tags as the padding is taking up space and going unused. And a couple of kb may not sound like much, but when 4000+ files are being talked about it can amount to quite a lot.
So any help on the matter would be appreciated.
