Remove Tag not removing tags

For mp3's with ID3v2 tags (only) saved, when I select all files and select Remove Tag, the tags are not blanking. Even if I save the files after, the tags remain intact. The only way to remove them is to select them all and change each item to and then save the tags.

[Edit] Using the latest development build 2.17i on a Win2k machine.

Could you please send me one of the files to my support email address, since I can't reproduce the bug with my test files.
