Remove variable text from field

Hi, all. I've had a search but I'm not finding exactly what I'm after.

Basically I want to alter the Album field of a bunch of files that will all have variations of a similar pattern that I want to remove
Examples:
In
ANJ019 Matt Hardwick vs Smith and Pledger - Day One
Out
Day One

In
ANJ029 Above & Beyond feat. Zoe Johnston - No One On Earth
Out
No One on Earth

Create an action using Guess values. The source should be the album tag, and the guessing pattern should be something like
%dummy1% - %album%

You can then add a second action step to clear the dummy1 field
