Removing 0 before 1-9 in Track?

Hi,

I found a lot of thread on how to make all Tag Track Number 2 digit i.e. from 1 to 01, but what about the opposite? I want to have all 1 digit Tag Track Numbers 1 digit and not 2.

and not

03 etc.

I want this funkcion only for cleaning up existing Tags that are in the 01 format.

One additional question. How do I prevent it from writing 0 when the Tag Track field is empty?
