Removing a particular ID3 tag

I can't find such an option and I need to use ID3Kill to remove ID3v1 tags from my mp3 files. Am I missing something?

Just enable removing of ID3v1 Tags at Options > Tags > Mpeg (and only that) and use File > Remove Tags to remove them from your files.
