i've have put the date and year at the end of my tons of mp3s files. i want to do a bulk renove of that into from the title. ex SHUT UP . 1.19.2024 and LOVE LIKE US . 1∕19∕2024. how can i remove the date & year as a bulk remove?
i've done a tag to tag
field title
format string $cutright(%title%,12)
which works great title by title. any suggestions would greatly helpful Thank You
To treat all the files, select all the files that should get modified.
Use Convert>Tag-Tag for TITLE
Format string: $regexp(%title%,\.\s*\d+.*,)
This removes everything that follows a dot, possibly spaces and then a digit.
If that does not work, a screenshot of a real title may help us in the distance.
