when i Rename the tag from freedb the Filename is not Renameig 
Ex: shakira-how_do_you_do.mp3 to Shakira - How Do You Do

You can rename files using the converter 
Tag - Filename with a format string like %artist% - %title%.
Please try to work on your spelling. If I would answer in the style from your inital post, you would understand nothing. In case you didn't know: this forum features a nice Search function and Mp3tag has a help file too.
