renaming files

Hello,

I'm trying to rename my audio files this way:

[TEXT][INCREMENTING NUMBER].mp3, with constant filename lenght.

ie:
ALESSIO0000001.mp3
ALESSIO0000543.mp3
ALESSIO9999999.mp3

How can I proceed?
