Renaming the songs in 'Name' column

Hi there, so i can upload all the info from Discogs etc and apply them to my tracks, but is there away to rename (and renumber) the file names that appear in the ‘Name’ column?

I've posted an example of what I mean above. How do I change Track01 to the name of the song using Discogs? Or do I simply have to manually type it in?

Please see the documentation:

Step #1: Download the information from an external source like Discogs and embed the metadata into your files.
Step #2: Rename your tracks with the embedded metadata, like TRACK and TITLE. For example with Convert Tag -> Filename and Format string %track% - %title%

Thanks i do have these guides, they just didn't seem very clear. I’ll give it another go.
