Replace commas with \\

I have an artist tag field that looks like this:

"Wolfang Mozart\\Artist Name, Artist Name, Artist Name"

How do I replace the commas with \\

Can someone explain what the difference between Convert Tag - Tag and an action is?
I've seen posts that are close to this that seem to suggest both.

Can someone explain what the difference between Convert Tag - Tag and an action is?

"Convert" is an interactive way to achieve the same result as with the automated Action.
Using the Convert Tag -> Tag interactively is more for non-repetitive steps, where you like to see the result before you execute it.

Actions are for steps that you repeat again and again.
