Example: I Knew the Bride (When She Used to Rock 'n' Roll) (Swan Song 7'' single version)

I need a regex to replace (Swan Song 7'' single version) with [Swan Song 7'' single version] while not affecting (When She Used to Rock 'n' Roll).

IOW I need a regex to replace only the last pair of parentheses in any title with brackets.
