Replace stopped working

I have used the program for a very long time. All of a sudden Replace stopped working.For example, I want to replace version , in the title field, to ver. I have done this before, but now it does nothing. Whole words and Case sensitive are unchecked.

Another question .... I want to replace a 2 word combination (eg, how to > why not). I have tried and failed lol. Any help would be appreciated.

Please show us a screendump of the applied action, preferably with a file in the background that shows the data that should be treated.

Have you used TITLE as fieldname or TITEL?

I completely uninstalled the program and installed it. This resolved the issue.
