Replacing a character in the Title Tag

I would like to change the Title tag in my audio files.
I'd like to replace all spaces between numbers with a colon.

Examples:

abc 232 3 sd BECOMES abc 232:3 sd
alk sdfwe wer 3 32 sdf asdf BECOMES alk sdfwe wer 3:32 sdf asdf
s asfwe wqerqwer qwr 232 432 asd we re BECOMES s asfwe wqerqwer qwr 232:432 asd we re

Try the function "Replace with regular expression":

Field:
TITLE
Regular expression:
([0-9]+)(\s)([0-9]+)
Replace matches with:
$1:$3
[ ] case-sensitive comparison
