It will be much more easy to work with huge amount of files if you add editable colour and marker scheme!
For example,
red filename - if length of filename is more than 33 symbols;
red folder name - if folder name is more than 37 symbols;
red background - if there is no ID3v1 tag;
red square marker - if there is no ID3v2 tag.
So any of file parameters could be shown visually.
