Reset track number on next disc appears broken

The Reset track number on next disc option in the Auto-numbering Wizard appears not to have any effect.

Repro steps:

  1. Load tracks with different disc numbers, where the tracks are sorted in order
    • 10 tracks with Discnumber: 1
    • 10 tracks with Discnumber: 2
    • 10 tracks with Discnumber: 3
    • 10 tracks with Discnumber: 4
  2. Start the Auto-numbering Wizard
  3. Check Tracknumber
  4. Check Reset track counter on next disc
  5. Click OK
    • Expected: Track numbers reset at 1 each time the disc number changes
    • Actual: Track numbers never reset; all track numbers are sequential from first to last

The disc numbers are already set on the files, so I don't have that checked.

My thought was that resetting the track counter on 'next disc' implied it would use the DISCNUMBER field by default.

Do I need to explicitly set Next disc on change of: DISCNUMBER? I'm not setting the disc number, so seems like that should be the default. I thought it was an option to be used if I was setting the disc number by checking the Discnumber box.

Next disc on change of field

If enabled, the disc counter is incremented if the value of the selected field changes.
