Resize "Please select a directory that contains audio files"

Hi there, been using MP3TAG for a few years now and have a nuisance issue that’s been a pest for about a year now through multiple upgrades, so finally asking here.

When I change directory (CTRL+D Win11) the popup window to browse for new files takes up my entire screen and is not resizable. The bottom right corner of the window appears to show an icon to indicate click here and drag - in fact, my mouse cursor even changes when I highlight that as if it will allow me to click+drag, but it doesn’t work. I click and drag, nothing. I’ve been stuck for a year using MP3TAG with this window at full screen every time I open it - I wonder if at some point I pulled this window to max and it got stuck there?

Advice appreciated.

Yes, most likely.
To resize the window:
open it
Press Alt+Space bar
Select in the now open system menu "Resize".
Press the Cursor down key until you see the window title.
Press the Cursor left key until you see the desktop behind the window.
Now you should be able to move the window where you like it better in a size that you prefer.

Thanks ohrenkino, unfortunately I don’t see Resize in this menu, and Size is greyed out.

Ah-ha - “Restore” from the above menu screenshot did the trick!

Thanks again!

What about "Restore"?
