Retain UPPERCASE, change the rest to Sentence Case or Title Case

Hello. Thanks for the fantastic work and a great community.
Is it possible that in case conversion, I retain the UPPER CASE as it is, untouched. Will help save changing
USA to Usa
UK to Uk
NYC to Nyc
and certain stylizations like LIVEPHISH to Livephish

Please help. Thanks.
