Is it possible to create a script that will launch MP3Tag, add certain files I want, run the Convert Text File - Tag, have it look in a certain folder with my text file, and execute it?

I'm a fish out of water when it comes to this and currently I'm doing this manually...Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

You could use AutoHotkey to do that.

Read the Quick-start Tutorial and write a few simple scripts to get an idea how it works.

To start Mp3tag it's just Run C:\Program Files\Mp3tag\Mp3tag.exe

Then you can use keyboard shortcuts for most of the rest.
