Dear Florian

I have now nearly 1,500 tracks of music recorded and often need to find a track quickly. Is there any chance of a new search or filter capability?

Welcome to the community forums :wave:

There is a Filter in Mp3tag to quickly reduce the list of displayed files to the ones that match a certain criteria. You can enable it via F3 or "View > Filter".

You can simply enter the string you're looking for or use a more specific filter expression, if you want to restrict the filter to specific properties.
