I want to send artist & track tag of a track to external translator like Qtranslate how can I do it?

You can export tag data to a text file with an export (see the help: Exporting Tag and File Information – Mp3tag Documentation)

You can import tag data from a text file with
Convert>Text file - tag
or an action of the type "Import text file"

Why would one want to translate

isn't that a name that stays as it is?

I want to see artist and title name for foreign languages like Japanese, Russian by sending to a translator quickly (if possible)
