Set type to Artist cover image

I dont now if it is a bug or not, but sometimes when i set an image as artist cover, it does not save:
Add the image:

change the type:

Save or restart the mp3tag, it stays at front cover:

What kind of file does show this behaviour?
AFAIK not all file types support all cover types but only one like front.

Hi guys, new to the forum but I've been using MP3tag forever- I have a question. Last night I was messing around with adding multiple covers to one song, specifically an Apple Lossless song (if that matters.) It already had a cover set to "Front Cover", and then when I tried adding another cover, set it to "Other", and saved it, it lists both covers as the Front Cover. No matter what I do, even in Extended tags, it still says they're both the Front Cover. Anyone know what's going on here? Also…

i use an web source to put the artist in mp3: Audible.com#Authors images.src (2.5 KB)

i save it as front cover first and then change it manually to artist.

is that an mp4 file? then the cover type can only be set to front or back
