Shorten Filename

I know there is an action to 'Shorten filenames to 64 character', and I understand the reason.

It would be very helpful to also be able to choose how many characters to shorten to (128, 200, etc)
Also, if possible it world be nice to have the option to shorten the _Directory name.

You can use a Format value action in combination with the $left scripting function for shortening certain fields to a specific length (including the directory name).
