Show 24bit flac file information in Windows Explorer

hello, I have 24bit flac files on windows and I cannot add the name of the group and the title, I tried with mp3 tag but impossible. When I go to properties I can't change anything, so is there someone who can help me, that would be really nice. THANKS

Where don't you see the tag data?
In MP3tag?
Somewhere in the windows explorer?
Any other player?
