small bugs in 2.16k

  1. in the export to html, if a placeholder like %genre% is used and the mp3 has no tag value, instead of leaving the field in the html blank, %genre% is written in the file

  2. preview of the new placeholders isnt displayed correctly in the options menu of playlist and converter and filename, the info on the ? buttons also needs an update

  3. i think %dummy% placeholder isnt handled as dummy but written as "dummy" field in the id2 tag
