I use the great Mp3tag program for many reasons, long titles are one reason…

My TAGS program BSI Info Editor limits me in the length of my titles... and when Mp3tag transfers my long titles, my BSI Info Editor receives the data of my long titles in memory, thanks to Mp3tag, it's great...

Where do you want to see the long titles?
MP3tag already displays them as they are.

No scrolling but if you are asking about the tag panel, you can drag its right boundary farther right to extend the length shown. See below.

This is up to the player to handle. There is no setting in mp3tag, or any other editor, that controls this kind of function.
