Hi,
I opened a directory of tracks which were file named by a number and then descriptive text. I applied a sort by clicking on the filename. This was confirmed by the column having a circumflex added to the title. All well so far..
but the sequence of entries was not alphabetic. Instead it sorted what was numbers as values and then the text as alphabetic. So instead of sorting 1 a, 2 b, 20 c, 3 d. It sorted 1 a, 2 b, 3 d, 20 c.
Not sure if this is a bug, or by design. Either way it is an odd way for a sort to behave.
Which sorting order do you get in the Windows Explorer if you sort by the filename?
I get the same as the one that you consider to be buggy.

So if you switch off the "Natural sorting" in the options Ctrl-O > General, you may get closer to your desired result.
