Spiliting One field to two fields

I am having in Title fields "%Title% - %Album%"

I want to know how to set action so as to copy the Album part to tag "Album"
and simultanesly delete string " - %Album%" from the Title field

all actions for album is

Please provide me guidance.

Make a new action

Action type: Guess values
Source format: %title%
Guessing pattern: %title% - %album%
