Strange problem - Lost all my actions

I haven't used MP3Tag for several months and on relaunching it again to tag a new batch of CDs, all my previous actions seem to have disappeared.

If I select a file, right click then select Convert > Actions, a message briefly flashes up "Writing Tag Data to Files", followed by a dialog box "0 of 1 files formatted, 0 of 1 files renamed", click OK to close.

The Action menu does not appear.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice on this.

Go to Options > Actions. There is a check box to toggle the menu.
