Stuck Setting Up Parameter to Open File Location

Windows 7, Mp3tag 2.91

Problem: Stuck trying to assemble the correct parameter in Mp3tag Options>Tools, with which to open a file location — not using Windows Explorer to open the file location, but a different file manager called xplorer2, which is a portable installation on my C-drive.

I did try all of the different optional command parameters, but although they open xplorer2, the location always diverts to the Windows Desktop — never the actual file location.

I do not think that this is really an MP3tag problem but an xplorer2 problem
You would have to find out which command line parameters this program understands and then add them to the parameters in MP3tag.
E.g. like this page for Windows Explorer:
