Suggested new tag source feature from the Book Database Calibre

I suggest for windows and Goole chrome open a search window for the artist and Album if Discogs or MusicBrains cannot find them.

There is a good examble of how this works in the Book database program with the addon “Search Internet” that activates a search - for example

https//www.google.com/images?q=%22{Artist}%22+%22{Title}%22

{Artist} and {Title} are place fields, Sorry I cannot be a bit more helpfull about %22 which I think is some sort of control field.

This should work on windows and Linux for the default browser, don’t know for apple things.

You can use a user-defined tool for that.
