There is no such thing as a "antislash" or \\ that you can remove.
This double backslash only indicates visually that you have multiple entries with the same name. This is known as a 'multi-value field'.
In your case, you have 2 ALBUM fields.
The first ALBUM field contains AC/DC (Brian Johnson)
The second ALBUM field contains Z-Rock...
So what exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to merge the two ALBUM fields into one?
Then you can use the Action
You can specify which separator you would like to appear in your 'combined' new single ALBUM field.

You should only use Special Fields like _TAG, if you really know what you do. 
Otherwise specify the fieldname which you want to merge, like ALBUM or GENRE in your case.
