Suppression Antislash

Translation via Reverso.net

Hello everyone,
Again me and my questions
Today, my problem is to remove antislahs (\) on AC/DC albums. I tried various formulas in vain, but I didn’t succeed. So, as usual... Thank you in advance for those who will respond to me.

There is no such thing as a "antislash" or \\ that you can remove.
This double backslash only indicates visually that you have multiple entries with the same name. This is known as a 'multi-value field'.

In your case, you have 2 ALBUM fields.
The first ALBUM field contains AC/DC (Brian Johnson)
The second ALBUM field contains Z-Rock...

So what exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to merge the two ALBUM fields into one?
Then you can use the Action

You can specify which separator you would like to appear in your 'combined' new single ALBUM field.

The second and third screenshots also show a multi-value field for GENRE.

Yes, merging the two fields will suit me well, thank you LyricsLover.

On the other hand, after looking at “Merge Duplicate Fields – Mp3tag Documentation

I don’t understand how to use the _tag ... with which MP3Tag tools? Conversion or quick action? I admit that my knowledge of coding, even simple ones like the ATF are very limited.

You should only use Special Fields like _TAG, if you really know what you do.

Otherwise specify the fieldname which you want to merge, like ALBUM or GENRE in your case.
Examples with possible separators:

You can use this Action as a Quick Action for example.

Ok, I found the right tool in quick action.
Thanks again to you, LyricsLover, and

hat off for your speed in responding
