Symbol "ç ñ ì" in ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1

Hello all. I have a big problem why i can't save symbol "ç ñ ì" in ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1. In UTF-8 and UTF-16 all perfect but in iso-8859-1 mp3tag save ç as Russian з and etc. I have Russian windows XP. But iTunes 7 save perfect all this symbol in id3v2.3 iso-8859-1. But it's difficult always work with tag in mp3tag then save in UTF-16 then correct this symbols and iTunes 7 and again make folders by mp3tag. I find in mp3tag a good thing: Convert Code page but if tag in iso-8859-1 or another i can't get ç ñ ì in iso((! Pllz help me or tell me algorithm step by step what i must do to have in iso!

P.S Sorry for my English. I'm originally from Russia)!

The problem probably is that Mp3tag decodes ISO-8859-1 as system codepage.
The option to treat ISO-8859-1 as ISO-8859-1 was removed some time ago.

Can't you stick with unicode?

thank you for answer but in what version of mp3tag ISO-8859-1 not decodes as system code page or in future version of program will mp3tag normal use ISO-8859-1.

I can't use Unicode because me se k790i normally read only iso(((

v2.35 should have it.
