ok i give uo. if using $_filename% no info can be pul do to the info i like to pull is in the directory folder. so to me an action can't not be done wich i like to use instead of covert filename - tag and having to pull up manage hitory all the time. Thanks
The variable is called %_filename%.

Just use exact this Guessing pattern:
%dummy% - %country% - %genre%\%dummy%
and the Source format
%_PATH%
(not %_FILENAME%. It only contains the filename, not the parent directories before the backslash \ )
This writes US in COUNTRY and ROCK in GENRE for an example song called
E:\LOGGINS & MESSINA - US - ROCK\01 - Test.mp3
