In the portable version I changed the language to English (My system langauge, but I'm using a Danish Keyboard).
However the tag column titles remained written in Danish while the rest changed to English.
What should I do?

This is a known issue: since the column titles can be customized, i.e., renamed by the user I'm not auto-translating them on language change. However, you can delete the file
Mp3tag\data\columns.ini (would be %APPDATA%\Mp3tag\data\columns.ini in a non-portable Standard installation)
if you want to start from a fresh set which uses the current language.

I still got a problem in the Tag Panel though, where the lower part is still in Danish despite having deleted the ini file (the columns are in English).

You can either edit them directly at "Tools > Options > Tag Panel" or delete the file
Mp3tag\data\usrfields.ini (would be %APPDATA%\Mp3tag\data\usrfields.ini in a non-portable Standard installation)
