Tagging A Series

I've been trying to tag a few series of radio comedies I've got, and I can't quite get it to work the way I want. I get close but not quite there.
As an example, the Filename is
Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation - s01e01 - 1993-09-30
What I'm trying to do is have the album called
Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation - s01
then I want the e01 to be the track number 1, but i can't work out how to split it

Finally What I want to do, is have the track called "Jeremy Hardy Speaks to the Nation - s01e01" which is the only bit I can do

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious if someone could point me in the right direction

thanks
Colin

For the album name you could start with the Filename -> Tag converter ALT + 2
and the format string:
%album%e0%dummy%
This writes the left part of the filename until e0 into %album% and throw away the following right part.

For the track number you could start with:
%dummy% - s01e%track% - %dummy%
This throw away the left part of the filename until - s01e and keeps 01 in the %track% and throw away the following right part.

This simple solution just works for your given filename.
If your season is s02 or the episode is higher then 09 you have to adjust it.
Or you let us know the highest existing number in Season and Episode
