Tagging albums with very common names?

I use the Musicbrainz script to get most of my tags. It works great, except if the album title is something very common, like "Greatest Hits" or "Live" or something like that. A list of a bunch of matches comes up, but unless I get lucky my artist is usually not on the list.

Is there any trick to make the search finer (like artist + title)? Thanks in advance...

You may add the artist name in the album while you are tagging and then remove it.
On the other hand: leave it there as some players get confused and put all tracks of all greatest hits albums in one list...
Not all web sources use only the album name as criterion so it may be worth while to use a different web source.
