Tagging Compilations (Various Artists)

There used to be an option for compilations in the adjust tag information window under the Utils button.
That way the artistname and the title would be both in the title tag.

Is there a way to do that automatically in the newer 64-bit versions of Mp3tag?

You can always adjust your TITLE tag with existing informations from other tags like ARTIST or ALBUMARTIST.

You could start using menu Convert Tag -> Tag or pressing ALT + 5

That's a great way to do it, yeah.

Tag - Tag
Field: Title
Format string: %artist% - %title%

After that I'm changing the Artist into V.A. and it's just like the rest of my catalog.
