Text in app blocky when using windows scaling

Sometime recently I've noticed the text inside mp3tag isn't sharp and clear. The text in the title bar of the app is sharp and clear no matter the windows scaling 100-300%. However, when using 200%, text inside this app is somewhat blocky (it looks good at other scales). Unfortunately, due to vision issues 175% won't work.

I've hardly used the app the last few months, the issue could have started here...

Please tell us what you mean by "somewhat blocky". Screen shots would be very helpful.

Also, what font are you using and have you tried others? And what resolution are you using?

Such details may enable others to reproduce what you see. On my PC using Segoe UI, 200% percent looks fine in Mp3tag 3.26.

I know a person with advanced macula degeneration who even has to use 300% magnification. So I can feel with you.
I changed the custom zoom to 200% and made a screenshot which looks like this:
