Win OS:, When you Right click on the selected song and select/view "Property, Details", scroll down to edit/Type in the , "Mood" field, The "Mood Field in MP3TAG is not linked that shows Under the View, Columns-Customize: when a entry is typed in the "Mood" field MP3TAG. Can MP3TAG developer be revised to Link the Fields. Please advise.

MOOD is a field only available as standard field for ID3V2.4 tags. But I think that the WE cannot read V2.4 fields.
MOOD in ID3V2.3 is a user-defined field and AFAIK WE cannot cope with user-defined fields.
If you want to see if the WE writes any data to a field that can be read by other applications, then edit this field in WE and check the extended tags dialogue in MP3tag whether you find that test data in any field.
Sometimes WE writes data to private fields that cannot be read by other applications.
MP3tag does not support to read or write PRIV tags - they can only be removed.
