After a long beta phase, Apple has now switched from iTunes to Apple Music and other individual apps for content on the (Windows) PC.
On Wednesday, Apple finalized the Mac's familiar split into various applications on the PC . This turns iTunes into a total of four programs. iTunes itself is only responsible for podcasts and audio books, as Apple does not yet have its own Windows app for this. You should not delete iTunes after the transition, also because Apple Music and Apple TV use its library.
