The possibility to set m3u8 as default

I'm from czech republic and often need to create m3u8 instead od m3u. I'd like to have option to set m3u8 as default format, or at least simpler choice to select it.

See the Ctrl-O Options>Playlist and set the playlist name to .m3u8.
This name will be suggested when creating a playlist with the playlist functions from the file menu.

The m3u8 format will be used if you append .m3u8 as playlistname file-extension:

From the documentation:

If you use .m3u8 as file extension, Mp3tag writes an UTF-8 encoded playlist (Unicode with support for special characters).
