I want to thank @Florian once again, for his excellent work programming the custom Toolbar; he did a remarkable job!
A big thank you to you, Florian, for allowing us to program the icons in a second row and to use CTRL+D to check and CTRL+E to uncheck all the icons simultaneously.
(One last suggestion: it would be nice to have text in the window:
CTRL+D to check all boxes simultaneously and CTRL+E to uncheck all boxes simultaneously)
There are now two files in the Mp3tag directory:
toolbar.ini (to program the first row of icons)
toolbar_custom.ini (to program the second row of icons)
I added eight images and had a lot of fun creating my own custom programming.

I've created a short tutorial on programming the tools for the second row of icons. The programming is very simple (19 images).
The programming for the first row of icons is identical.
The tool icons retain their original text. You can add new text without overwriting the original, allowing you to revert to the old text later and add your own custom icons or revert to the original icons later.
