Track Number Format Help Needed

Hi, very new to the forum and searched a bit, but don't see anything like this yet:

I'm trying to write an action or something that converts track number format from just # to #/## where ## is the total track number, i.e. if release has 4 tracks, each track would be 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4.

Can someone help with this?

Use the Track number wizard.
